--WWF Intercontinental Championship, WWF European Championship Match: Jeff Jarrett (W/Debra) V. D-Lo Brown (W/Debra). Brown was both Intercontinental & European Champion coming into this match. Jarrett sends Debra to the locker room before the match can start, so she convinces Brown to bring her out with him, which can't be good for him. Brown hits a pair of Powerslams for a 2 count. Brown gets 2 off of a Baldo Bomb. Jarrett catches Brown coming off the middle rope and hits a Sideslam. Jarrett hits a SWEET~ Swinging Single-Arm DDT off the middle-rope. Brown comes back with a Hot Shot into the top turnbuckle, and then hits a Running Lyger Bomb to knock both men out. Jarrett gets the pin and the titles at 7:29 after Mark Henry comes out and turns on Brown hitting him with Jarrett's guitar while Debra distracts the ref and Jarrett covers with a Lateral Press for the win. **3/4 Decent enough match but it was lacking in certain aspects.
--6-Team Tag Team Turmoil Match: Rules are that two teams start the match and after one of them is eliminated by either pinfall, submission, count out, or disqualification the next team will come out, and that process will continue until one team is left as the winner. Edge & Christian are team #1, while the Hardy Boyz (W/Gangrel) are team #2. Hardys hit a SWANK~ double team Faceplant on Christian, and Jeff gets 2 off of it. Jeff hits a Split-Legged Moonsault on Christian for 2. Jeff hits the Swanton Bomb on Christian, back before anyone knew what it was, for a 2 count. Jeff tries the Railrunner, but Edge SWANKLY~ cuts him off with a Spear. Edge hits an Electric Chair Wheelbarrow Bomb on Matt, and Christian follows up with a Elbowdrop off the top-rope for the pin on Matt to eliminate the Hardys at 5:03. Mideon & Viscera are team #3. Edge hits a Spear on Mideon at 7:38 to get the pin to eliminate Mideon & Viscera.. Droz & Prince Albert are team #4. Edge gets the pin on Albert at 9:38 with a Novacaine to eliminate Droz & Albert. The Acolytes are team #5. Bradshaw gets the pin on Christian with a Lariat at 14:40 to eliminate Edge & Christian. The Hollys, Hardcore & Crash, are team #6. Faarooq gets the pin on Hardcore with a Spinebuster at 17:34 to win the match for the Acolytes and eliminate the Hollys. ** Started off alright with the Hardys and Edge & Christian, but with each new team the match rapidly deteriorated into mediocrity and bad wrestling.
--WWF Hardcore Championship, Hardcore Match: Al Snow V. Big Bossman. Road Dogg is at ringside as guest commentator and when the match heads to the back Dogg follows along with the wrestlers using a house microphone. They fight all the way outside and into a bar. Snow gets the pin and the title at 7:26 with a Lateral Press on a pool table after Dogg hit Bossman over the head with his billy club. * Match didn't do much for me. I could see other people being entertained by it, but WWF's hardcore division during this period didn't interest me that much.
--WWF Women's Championship Match: Tori V. Ivory. Ivory gets the pin at 4:10 with a Lateral Press. DUD About as bad as you'd expect.
--Lion's Den Match: Steve Blackman V. Ken Shamrock. The match is being fought in a cylindrical cage by the entrance area. The cage has various weapons attached to it that both men can use. You must beat your opponent enough that you can freely walk out the door in order to win the match. Shamrock wins the match by 10 count at 8:56 after knocking Blackman out with a shot from a kendo stick, which is the total opposite of the rules, but whatever. *1/2 Once again, this match didn't do much for me. They couldn't decide whether they wanted it to be a pro wrestling style match, or a shoot style match, and the resulting product wasn't all that good.
--Greenwich Streetfight Match: Test V. Shane McMahon. Set-up for this revolved around Test dating Stephanie McMahon and Shane thinking that his sister was too good for Test. If Shane wins then Test has to leave Stephanie, but if Test wins then he gets to keep going out with Stephanie, and Shane has to stay out of their business. The Mean Street Posse- Joey Abs, Pete Gas, and Rodney- come out to sit at ringside and support Shane. Shane tries a Crossbody off the railing, but Test catches him and turns it into a Powerslam on the floor. Shane gets a close 2 count after breaking a glass picture frame over Test's head. Shane misses a Corkscrew Splash and Test eventually hits a Praying Powerbomb for a close 2. Test takes out the referee with a Big Boot. The Posse interfere and put Test on the Spanish announce table, and Shane comes off the top-rope with a SWEET~ Elbowdrop through the table on Test. Back in the ring Shane is only able to get a 2 count from that. The Posse keep on interfering, but Test keeps on kicking out, and finally the Stooges- Pat Patterson & Gerald Brisco- make their return to WWF television and take out the Posse. Test hits a Pumphandle Powerslam and follows it up with an Elbowdrop off the top-rope for the pin and the rights to keep dating Stephanie at 12:14 *** Good match, although not as good as some others have said it is. There was some nice action built around a better story, but it did contain an absolutely unnecessary ref bump, which made no sense with the match being no disqualification.
--WWF Tag Team Championship Match: Undertaker, Big Show (W/Paul Bearer) V. Kane, X-Pac. Taker gets the pin on Pac at 12:02 with a Tombstone Piledriver to win the titles. ** Decent tag match.
--Kiss My Ass Match: Mr. Ass (W/Fat Lady) V. Rock. Ass brings out a fat lady whose ass Rock will have to kiss if he loses the match. Rock hits a Rock Bottom followed up by an Elbowdrop for the pin at 10:12. ** Another decent match.
--WWF Heavyweight Championship, Triple Threat Match: Mankind V. Triple H (W/Chyna) V. Steve Austin. Jesse Ventura is the guest referee. Austin & Mankind team up on Trips to start, but Mankind tries to give Austin a handshake, so Austin decks him. Austin Irish Whip's Mankind into the apron and nails him with a Clothesline on the floor. Trips goes after Austin's knee with a chair. Chyna crotches Mankind into the ringpost, so Ventura sends her to the back. Trips continues to work on Austin's knee, ramming it into the ringpost. Trips applies a Spinning Toehold on Austin while Mankind hits a Legrop on Austin. They fight into the crowd where Austin hits a Backdrop Suplex on Mankind on the concrete. Stunner (Sitdown Ace Crusher) by Austin on Mankind, but Trips stops the count at 2 with a chairshot to Austin. Chairshot to Mankind by Trips, but Ventura refuses to count since he said the action in the ring had to be clean. Austin & Trips collide on dueling Clotheslines for a double knockout. Mankind gets the Mandible Claw on both men, but Austin nails him in the nuts to break the hold. Stunner by Austin on Trips, but Mankind breaks up the count at 2. Pedigree by Trips on Austin, but Mankind stops him from even being able to cover. Mankind hits a Butterfly DDT on Austin for the pin and the title at 16:25. ***3/4 Real good match, with great selling by Austin, good interaction between Ventura & Trips, and Mankind had some good exchanges with both Austin & Trips. Only real problem were the various times that one guy was left knocked out outside the ring so that the other two men could wrestle in the ring, after a while it started too seem forced.
--Final Flash: Decent show, there wasn't anything downright bad, not counting the women's match, but there wasn't anything really great.
