XPW: The Revolution Will Be Televised
Compilation Tape
--Taped from mostly the Los Angeles, CA area
--Your hosts are Kriss Kloss & Larry Rivera
--XPW Heavyweight Championship Match: Chris Candido (W/Tammy Sytch) V. Damien Steele. Candido gets the pin and the title at 5:20 after hitting an Elbowdrop off a bar counter onto a prone Steele on the bar floor. DUD Well, at least the match was short. Post-match Shane Douglas makes his first appearance in XPW, and babbles on & on for a while, and at the same time people the world over collectively yell, "Who gives a shit, shut the fuck up."
--Johnny Webb V. Messiah. Believe it or not, but this is the match-up I've seen the most out of XPW, and every time the formula is the same, Messiah carrying Webb to a somewhat decent match, let's see if this one is any different. Messiah hits a Spinning Belly-To-Belly Suplex for 2, followed up by a SWEET~ Springboard Legdrop for another 2 count. Cross-Factor (Facebuster) by Messiah gets 2. Sideslam by Webb, but he picks up Messiah at 2. Thumbtacks get involved, and Messiah delivers a Demon Bomb to Webb on the thumbtacks. Webb blocks the Godsmack and delivers a weird looking Swinging Implant DDT for the pin at 7:35. ** Another decent match between these two, and once again it was due mainly to the carrying abilities of Messiah. Messiah did get a little too spotty at certain points, but other than that he delivered another good performance.
--XPW Heavyweight Championship Match: Homeless Jimmy V. Chris Candido (W/Shane Douglas & Tammy Sytch). Candido gets the pin at 2:09 aired after punching Jimmy with a steel chain. NO RATING Clipped match..
--Final Flash: More bad crap from XPW, with once again Messiah providing the only glimmer of hope in an otherwise worthless tape.
